The transport pickup was confusing, honestly. I wasn’t really sure where to go or what was happening, and then I ended up waiting way too long. Just... not a great start to the experience.

I tried to book something, but with a screen reader it was frustrating. The menus, with the keyboard they just didn’t work right, so I couldn’t actually finish booking anything.

It was a nice place to visit, but some of the cultural parts felt a bit staged, like they were more about putting on a show for visitors. I was hoping for something that felt more local and authentic instead

I was expecting the lines to be a mess, but they actually moved quickly. It kind of felt like the staff had a plan to keep everyone from getting frustrated or hanging around too long, it worked. The whole thing was way less stressful than I thought it would be.

the seats were comfy for the most part, but after sitting for a while they did start to feel a little tight. still not bad overall...

We went to Paradise Cove the show ended up being the best part of our night. The dancers were amazing, and the fire performance was seriously cool to watch. You can tell a lot of effort goes into making it feel exciting and polished.
I was a little worried it might feel too long or cheesy, and I’ll be honest, if it had started dragging I probably would’ve left early. But it never got boring, the music was great, the energy was fun, and I’d definitely go again if we come back to Hawaii...

I reached out to support twice about my booking, and both times the replies were really short and didn’t actually answer what I was asking. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me, which was unnecessary. Maybe they were having a bad day or something, but it definitely made me think twice about using them again.

I had such a good time here, like I was almost shocked at how smoothly everything went. No issues, no weird surprises, nothing to complain about at all. It was just easy, nice, and stress-free, which feels like a miracle these days.

The lines were really long, and there just wasn’t much to do while waiting. I was expecting a bit more going on before the show, but it felt underwhelming.

Stopped in and was happy with all the drink options. Everyone in our group found something they liked, which almost never happens. Then suddenly, total excitement, we were all comparing drinks like it was some big tasting event. Really solid choices all around.

I felt like it was Worth the price. Nothing too fancy, but for what I paid, I was happy with the tickets and would probably do it again.

We booked through Paradise Cove Luau, and check-in was actually easy. I had my confirmation pulled up just in case, though maybe I was overthinking it, because they found my reservation really quickly. No long line, no weird extra steps.
The person at the desk was nice and gave us the basic info without dragging it out. After a long drive, I wasn’t sure if we were going to hit some kind of hassle, but it ended up being a smooth start to the trip

The food was disappointing for the price. My plate came out lukewarm, and the fish was dry like it had been sitting out for a while before it got to me.

The sides were bland, and even the sauce didn’t really do much to save it. When I mentioned it, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of actually trying to make it right.
The place itself might be nice if you’re going for the view, but the food quality really didn’t match the cost. I wouldn’t go back to eat there again

I really liked it here. The whole place had a relaxed feel, and the view definitely made it feel a bit more special. It did get noisy later on, so maybe that’s just how it is around that time, but overall it was still a nice spot to spend the evening

We took the kids to Paradise Cove and, it was a really nice time overall. Getting around wasn’t a hassle, which was a relief because I swear half the battle with family outings is just trying not to lose your mind moving everyone from one place to another. The kids had plenty to do, so we weren’t constantly hearing “I’m bored” every five minutes.
The staff were friendly, and the place felt safe enough that we could actually relax a bit. Not everything was perfect, of course, because apparently that’s asking too much anywhere these days, but there wasn’t anything major that ruined the day. We’d definitely go back when we want an easy, low-stress family outing.

I really wanted to like it more, but the audience participation part was just kinda awkward tbh. A few people seemed into it, but from where I was sitting it felt unorganized and dragged on too long. The staff were nice enough, no issue there, it just didn’t really land for me. Not the worst night or anything, but I don’t think I’d go agian.

My first impression was really positive because the staff were so friendly right from the start. Check-in was easy, and everyone we talked to seemed happy to help with our questions, which made the whole visit feel relaxed. A few things moved a little slower than I would’ve liked, so I’m sticking with 4 stars, but the people working there definitely made the experience a good one

We had a really nice view of the stage, even from where we were sitting. I could see the dancers and pretty much everything going on without having to lean around or squint, which isn’t always the case at shows. It definitely made the whole night way more fun. I’d go again for sure

The sunset was really nice, so I’m glad I got to see that. But the place felt crowded, and the prices seemed a bit high for what it was?? I don’t know, maybe I expected more, but aside from the view, there wasn’t much that stood out to me.
